Are ASOS returns difficult?

I recently ordered two sizes of the same blazer from ASOS to compare how they fit at home. In the end, I sent one of them back. The return label and instructions were clear, and the process seemed fairly standard, nothing complicated. However, I know that some people regularly order multiple sizes and return half of them. I wonder how consistent this experience is over time, especially with regard to refunds and order processing.

Trying on several sizes at home has become my go-to strategy when shopping on ASOS, especially for wardrobe items such as blazers, which can fit differently depending on the cut and brand. I did this recently, and the return process was straightforward, with clear instructions, so I didn't worry about sending the extra size back. Thinking about how this works from week to week, I started looking at more extensive reviews to see what patterns emerge when people share their detailed impressions. Many shoppers seem to focus on actual product experiences as well as how brands compare overall, which prompted me to check out discussions ASOS product and brand reviews to understand consistency and expectations beyond a single order, as these review threads often include both fitting experiences and notes on returns and processing.
