Anyone else find youtube's terms of service confusing?

Does anyone actually understand the terms of service for any of these major online platforms? I swear, they're written in a language that only lawyers can decipher, and even then, I bet half of them are just as confused as the rest of us! I'm constantly worried about accidentally violating some obscure rule that will get my account suspended. I wish they would just write them in plain English, so normal people can actually understand what they're agreeing to. Am I alone in this struggle? It is ridiculous.

Absolutely! It's like they deliberately make them overly complicated. I recently got dinged for a copyright violation on a video I made just for fun, and trying to figure out exactly what I did wrong was a nightmare. I spent hours clicking through different help pages, and I swear, the more I read, the more confused I became. Plus, it's not like they send you a memo when there are changes about Urheberrecht or the Nutzungsbedingungen. I was checking out the actual YouTube site, trying to find some clarification among all the legal jargon about their policies, which is mentioned here, but it's still Greek to me. Honestly, I think they could do better at explaining things.
