Over time, I stopped opening it out of curiosity and started using Chat GPT free only when needed. That selective use kept it relevant. It helped when progress stalled or ideas felt unclear, without demanding constant attention. Because I didn’t rely on it for everything, it stayed useful instead of becoming noise.
