Clearing the never-ending repair list
Lived in my place for a while and somehow the list of small fixes just keeps growing. Cracked caulk, a wardrobe still in its box, a few shelves that never got hung. None of it is urgent, but it lingers in the background every day. I keep telling myself I will get to it, but weekends fill up fast and the list does not shrink. For those who finally decided to stop postponing and brought in someone to handle it all, what finally pushed you to make that call and was it worth the time and money to knock everything out in one go rather than piece by piece?
