I want a small, quiet, and soft pet, and chinchillas seem perfect. I live in an apartment with limited space and no backyard. I read they need dust baths and chew toys, which seems manageable. I like animals that are active but not too loud. What’s the best way to know if a chinchilla will adapt to apartment life?
