Splatter screen for very shallow pans?
I use low-sided omelette pans and crepe pans a lot. Most screens are too tall/domed and look awkward or unstable on shallow sides. Any that work well with flat, low rims?

Shallow pans need a flatter profile so the screen doesn’t wobble. High domes are overkill there. Mesh is effective, handle comfortable. Works on deeper skillets too, so it’s versatile. No more grease rings around the burner.
