Why does my strength drop even when I train consistently?

I’ve been sticking to a routine for a while now, not missing workouts and keeping my diet fairly consistent. Still, some days my strength just drops for no clear reason. It’s frustrating because everything seems “right” on paper, but performance doesn’t always match. Has anyone dealt with this?

I had a similar pattern and it turned out to be more about accumulated fatigue than anything obvious. It doesn’t always show up right away, but over time it affects performance.
